Common FAQ’s
What is an Adventure Pass?
The Adventure Pass is a savings punch card that saves you 20-30% on our most popular additional attractions like Gem Mining and Pick-your-Own Pumpkin, and our most popular foods like apple cider slushies, kettle korn, churros, and much more.
Once you buy the card, you can “purchase” as many items as you want with the punches you have.
For example:
Pick-your-own pumpkin is 3 punches
Gem Mining Paydirt Bag is 4 punches
Kettle Korn is 3 punches
Bottle of Water is 1 punch
Fresh Donuts are 1 punch each.
There are roughly 20 food items or activities that you can use the punches on.
Who needs to pay the general admission to Pinehaven's Pumpkin Patch?
Everyone 3 and older pays to be admitted to Pinehaven Farm and all the attractions. Ages 2 and under are free. Admission is the same price for all ages.
I bought a ticket online and now I can't go, what should I do?
Unfortunately there are no refunds on pre-purchased tickets. You may sell it to someone of your choice if you cannot attend. You do not have to transfer the ticket to the other persons name. If the ticket is not in the name of the person attending that is just fine as you don’t need ID to redeem the ticket.
Are you open rain or shine?
The farm is open rain or shine, unless the weather presents a threat to our guests or employees safety. If the farm closes due to weather, all tickets will be refunded for the day effected. We will post notice on our website, Instagram, and Facebook pages when closed due to weather.
Do you offer any discounted tickets?
Our weekday prices are all discounted tickets.
What age is Pinehaven Farm most appropriate for? Do adults have to pay to come in?
One of the great things about Pinehaven Farm is the fact that it offers something that everyone, of all ages, can enjoy. From babies, all the way up to grandma and grandpa, our goal is to make sure everyone in your group leaves with memories to cherish. Thus, yes, all ages 3+ do pay admission.
Is Pinehaven Farm wheel chair accessible?
Pinehaven Farm is on unpaved farm ground, but we do our very best to make our event as accessible to all our guests as possible. Wheel chairs, strollers and wagons can be brought on premises and are able to complete most activities, but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy in spots. The remainder of the event is spread out over grass, and dirt and gravel (to keep the pesky dust from blowing) that could be somewhat difficult to push through in some areas.
Do you have restrooms?
There are many porta potties on site at Pinehaven Farm spread throughout the farm.
Are pets allowed?
Though we are big animal lovers, pets are not allowed inside our event, with the exception of service dogs. In these cases, we ask that your dog be kept on a leash and that you please clean up after any messes.
**Additionally, please note that by visiting Pinehaven Farm’s Pumpkin Patch, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19.**
